Estro is an importer and reseller of smart home technology, operating within Pakistan.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.
2. Orders
All orders are confirmed via a phone call before processing.
Estro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of product unavailability or pricing errors.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or any other payment method available at checkout.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide across Pakistan.
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders.
Free shipping is offered on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.
5. Cancellations & Amendments
Orders can be cancelled or amended by calling us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accommodated if the order has already been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with proof (e.g., photos/videos).
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval by our team.
7. Product Warranty
Some products may come with a limited warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be made directly to Estro with valid proof of purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Estro and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Estro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
