Return & Exchange Policy

At Estro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Products must be:

In original condition, unused and with all original packaging and accessories.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Approval & Processing

Once your return is approved, you may be asked to ship the item back to us.

After inspection, we will:

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund/store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or attempted repair.

Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), Estro will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
